Each individual may hold one phhalik account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under these Terms and under PAGCOR regulations. Detection of multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits on your phhalik account. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phhalik. By accessing phhalik.co, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any gaming or promotional activity on the phhalik platform, you confirm that:
These Terms should be read together with the phhalik Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into and form part of this agreement.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and engage in Real Money Play on phhalik. This age restriction is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. phhalik reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account until age verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual natural person is permitted to register and hold only one (1) phhalik Account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phhalik uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phhalik reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.
3.3 Registration Information. When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the term of your Account.
3.4 KYC Identity Verification. Prior to enabling Real Money Play and processing any withdrawal, phhalik requires all Account holders to complete identity verification. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification, such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, SSS card, or UMID card. Additional verification documents may be requested at phhalik's discretion.
3.5 Geographic Restrictions. phhalik is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. Access to phhalik from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted may not be permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or playing.
4.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phhalik login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phhalik will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you believe that your phhalik Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify phhalik support immediately. phhalik may temporarily suspend your Account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. phhalik strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time password (OTP) delivered to your registered Philippine mobile number in addition to your standard login credentials. Enabling 2FA does not transfer account security responsibility from the player to phhalik.
4.4 Account Sharing. Your phhalik Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account. phhalik reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that appears to be accessed or operated by multiple individuals.
5.1 Accepted Methods. phhalik accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Accepted methods may change without advance notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phhalik is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100). Maximum deposit limits may apply on a per-transaction or daily basis and are communicated within the Platform's cashier section.
5.3 Deposit Processing. phhalik does not charge processing fees on standard deposits made via GCash or Maya. Processing times for bank transfer deposits may vary. phhalik is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or Philippine banking systems.
5.4 Player-Funded Deposits Only. All funds deposited into a phhalik Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts or methods belonging to third parties are prohibited. phhalik reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party funding source.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals from a phhalik Account are available only to players who have completed KYC identity verification in full. Unverified accounts may accumulate winnings but may not withdraw funds until verification is completed.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso Two Hundred (₱200). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where technically feasible. phhalik reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original deposit method cannot accommodate the withdrawal.
6.4 Processing Times. phhalik targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. These are target timeframes, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing times, verification requirements, or high-volume periods.
6.5 Withdrawal Review. phhalik reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal. This may include requesting updated identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals subject to review may be delayed until the required documentation is provided and assessed.
7.1 General. phhalik offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and referral rewards. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and the specific terms attached to each promotion at the point of opt-in.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds credited to a phhalik Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each promotion are set out in the individual promotion terms and must be read in full before opting in.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate phhalik bonus structures — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner intended to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other players to game promotional terms — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. phhalik reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, and close all affected Accounts without prior notice.
7.4 phhalik Discretion. phhalik reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. phhalik further reserves the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions where reasonable grounds exist to do so.
7.5 Maximum Bonus Withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. This cap is communicated within each promotion's individual terms and conditions.
8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phhalik platform is subject to its own individual rules as determined by the respective game provider. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each game before placing a wager. phhalik provides game information and paytable details within each game interface.
8.2 RNG Certification. All virtual casino games on phhalik that involve a Random Number Generator (RNG) use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by phhalik.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session, phhalik reserves the right to void the affected game round. Where technically feasible, any funds wagered in a voided round will be returned to the Player's Account. phhalik will not honour payouts resulting from technical errors that produce manifestly erroneous outcomes.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games on the phhalik platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. phhalik reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.
8.5 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games on phhalik are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by third-party providers. The rules governing each live game are administered by the live dealer host and the provider's studio protocols. phhalik is not responsible for service interruptions originating within a third-party provider's streaming infrastructure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phhalik platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
10.1 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that phhalik games are provided for entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for decisions regarding how much time and money you spend on the phhalik platform. phhalik strongly encourages all players to set and adhere to personal gaming budgets.
10.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. phhalik provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the Account settings dashboard:
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Where a player requests self-exclusion from phhalik, phhalik will process the request within twenty-four (24) hours. During any self-exclusion period, the affected player's Account will be suspended, promotional communications will be suppressed, and any attempts to create a new Account will be rejected. Any balance remaining in a self-excluded Account may be requested for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
10.4 Age Verification & Minors. phhalik strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under 21 years of age. If phhalik has reason to believe that an Account is being used by or on behalf of a person under 21, phhalik reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately and withhold any balance pending verification.

11.1 phhalik Intellectual Property. All content on the phhalik platform — including but not limited to the phhalik name and brand, logo, design elements, website structure, written content, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of phhalik or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 Limited Licence. phhalik grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phhalik content or software.
11.3 Prohibited Use. You may not scrape, copy, frame, or systematically extract any content from the phhalik platform. You may not use the phhalik name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent from phhalik.
12.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. phhalik does not guarantee any particular gaming outcome or level of winnings. All gaming products on the Platform carry inherent risk, and long-term financial loss is a mathematical possibility for all players.
12.2 Platform Availability. phhalik does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and events beyond phhalik's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.
12.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phhalik's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money funds held in your phhalik Account wallet at the time the claim arises.
12.4 Exclusions. phhalik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from service interruptions.
13.1 phhalik's Right to Suspend. phhalik reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phhalik reasonably believes that:
13.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed by phhalik due to a material breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, phhalik reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where an Account is voluntarily closed by the player, any balance held in cleared funds (excluding voided Bonus Funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
13.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your phhalik Account at any time by contacting phhalik support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any wagering requirement attached to active Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
14.1 Right to Amend. phhalik reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a notice on the phhalik platform with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the phhalik platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
14.3 Current Version. The current and binding version of these Terms is always accessible at phhalik.co/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into effect.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Regulatory Framework. phhalik operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who believe that phhalik has acted in violation of applicable gaming regulations may submit a complaint to PAGCOR through its official channels.
15.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and phhalik, you are encouraged to first contact phhalik support at [email protected] to seek resolution. phhalik commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to providing a reasoned response within thirty (30) business days.
15.4 Jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through phhalik's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
